Mr. Isaacson has been in private practice in New York since 1954. He specializes in Family Law, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, mediation, separation, custody and visitation, support, paternity determinations, relocation, adoption, equitable and other distributions. He has had considerable criminal law experience, in all courts in New York, involving traffic violations, misdemeanors and felonies. He has an office in New City, NY and one in Manahttan, NY.
On the commercial side, his law practice includes representing corporate clients seeking refunds of various taxes associated with their businesses.
Mr. Isaacson has also had some 50 years of experience in real estate and general business matters. Mr. Isaacson is admitted to all Courts in New York, including the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Claims, United States Court of Military Justice and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1952. He was in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954 and received an Honorable Discharge as a Sergeant.
